ICT technology and information management will have a transformational impact in the following roles:

For the IT Infrastructure and Platform work stream to be an ‘enabler’ for service improvement and efficiency savings for the 9 other priority work stream areas.
To identify best practice in all areas of ICT ‘operational’ delivery and technology transformation across all business areas and across all the AGMA authorities, and evaluate opportunities for developing new joint/shared/clustered ICT service delivery models.
