Membership
Greater Manchester’s LEP has thirteen members, nine non-local authority members and four representing the GMCA. Non-local authority members are appointed using an open recruitment process. Local authority members are decided by the GMCA.
The current private sector members are:

Peter Marks - Group Chief Executive, Co-operative Group
Alison Tumilty - Deputy Chief Executive and Finance Director, Rathbone Training Ltd
Roger Milburn - Director, Ove Arup and Partners Ltd
Scott Fletcher - Chairman, ANS Group

The Chairs of the Strategic Boards for the Centres of Excellence for Business Growth, Trade and Investment and Marketing, Communication and Tourism will also join the LEP. They are:
Nick Johnson, Chair of the Strategic Board for the Centre of Excellence for Marketing, Communication and Tourism; and
Michael Oglesby, Chair of the Strategic Board for the Centre of Excellence for Business Growth, Trade and Investment.
